Today marks the 5th anniversary of the National Day of Racial Healing. This day is a time for contemplation and collective action on #HowWeHeal from the effects of racism. As part of Arkansas’s inaugural observance in January 2020, Governor Asa Hutchinson became the first governor to issue a gubernatorial proclamation.
The Board of Directors for the Broadmoor Property Owners Association are proud to observe this National Day of Racial Healing and urge all of the residents in our neighborhood to read the attached BPOA Proclamation.
