Broadmoor Park encompasses approximately 10 acres and includes two playgrounds, a full disc golf course, a BBQ grill, a 1/2 court "street" basketball court, and a tennis court. The park is available for all residents and property owners within the Broadmoor neighborhood to use and enjoy.

The park has benefited from at least three community-driven projects, including the disc golf course, an Eagle Scout project to refurbish the older playground equipment downhill from the pool, and a children's playground thanks to the generous Love Your Block grant program through the City of Little Rock.
